Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years leadership/supervisory experience in a Production/Quality Control environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily communication with the Supervisor/Manager regarding shift activity and issue resolution.
• Coordinate staffing needs and schedules with the QC Supervisor and staffing agencies.
• Assess training needs of the Quality Control team and ensure on-the-job training is documented.
• Follow up on job discrepancies and ensure timely reconciliation and closure of jobs in process.
• Support continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and productivity while adhering to ISO standards.
