Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions seeks a Coordinator Quality Control in Edgewood, NY to join the production team. You will coordinate staffing and shifts, and assist in training to ensure quality issues are documented and resolved promptly.

Under the QC Supervisor, you will help ensure on-the-job training is delivered timely, verify discrepancies, and support continuous quality improvements while complying with ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs and schedules with the QC Supervisor and staffing agencies.
• Assess the training needs of the Quality Control team and document on-the-job training.
• Follow up on all job discrepancies and inquiries for jobs in process and ensure timely closures.
• Support continual improvement of quality, efficiency and productivity and ensure ISO guidelines are followed.
• Adapt to changing customer needs and perform other duties as assigned.

Including feedback/escalation between shifts, with peers and across departments on the occurrence and resolution of quality related issues. Coordinate staffing needs and schedules with the QC Supervisor, appropriate personnel, and staffing agencies. Assess the training needs of the Quality Control team. Partner with the Quality Control Supervisor to ensure that on the job training occurs in a timely manner and is documented as required. Follows up on all job discrepancies and inquiries for jobs in process. Verifying that all jobs are properly reconciled and closed in a timely manner accurately. Support the Broadridge team and continual improvement of quality, efficiency and productivity. Ensure that staff understand and comply with all company guidelines and ISO standards when carrying out quality control processes. Adapt to a constantly changing environment as determined by the customers’ needs and demands.
