Job summary

Electronic Power Design, Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Control Lead Inspector to lead inspection activities, mentor a team of inspectors, and ensure compliance with customer specs and industry standards. You will drive continuous improvement and uphold EPD’s quality requirements.

The role requires 2+ years in quality control with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, along with strong knowledge of inspection techniques, electrical systems, and ERP documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of quality control experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and electrical systems.
• Experience with ERP systems and quality documentation.

• Oversee advanced visual, dimensional, and functional inspections.

• Manage inspection documentation and reporting.
• Monitor inspection metrics and quality trends.
• Ensure accurate ERP system records.
