Job summary

Electronic Power Design, Inc. (EPD) is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our Quality Control team. You will perform inspections on electrical equipment to ensure products meet customer specifications and industry standards.

You will document results in the ERP system, identify defects, and support corrective actions while following safety protocols. A high school diploma and 6+ months of related experience are preferred; certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6+ months of quality control, inspection, or related experience preferred.
• Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of electrical products.
• Verify compliance with technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
• Identify and document defects, discrepancies, and nonconformities.
• Record inspection results and labor entries in the ERP system.
• Prepare nonconformity reports and communicate findings to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation.
