Job summary

International Motors, LLC in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Quality Control (QC) Inspection Supervisor to lead the QC team on the assembly line. The role starts on day shift with a planned transition to night shift in mid-2027, and includes overseeing inspections, data analysis, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will develop procedures, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with auditors and managers to maintain throughput targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/quality or higher, with related experience.
• Alternative: Master’s degree with 1+ year QC experience or 5+ years in QC.
• Experience leading inspectors and implementing inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Directs auditors and inspectors to ensure correct and efficient inspections.
• Ensure high-quality inspections and compliance with safety policies.
• Manage workload flow, data capture, and timely vehicle inspection/repair.
• Provide on-the-job technical support and develop team skills.
• Keep documentation accurate and up to date; follow regulatory requirements.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and proper PPE usage.
