Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking an Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager to join our growing San Antonio facility. The role reports to the Plant Quality Manager and oversees daily department resources, managing quality deviations, the quality system, and performance metrics while collaborating with TRATON sites on quality matters.

The position supports a night production shift starting early 2027, with a 10% shift differential upon transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years quality inspection experience
• Master's degree and 2+ years quality inspection experience
• 6+ years quality inspection experience

Responsibilities

• Manage/Ensure Quality resource deployment and requirements
• Drive problem solving activities across all lines and products
• Develop, manage and communicate relevant information and reports to management
• Drive customer feedback and CAR response
• Engage with TRATON facilities on assembly and machines subjects
