Job summary

International Motors, LLC is seeking an Associate Quality Control Inspection Manager to lead the quality team at our San Antonio facility. The role reports to the Plant Quality Manager and oversees daily resources, manages quality deviations, and collaborates with TRATON sites on quality initiatives.

The position supports a new night shift (Mon-Thu 5:30 PM–4:00 AM) with a 10% differential and may require extended hours to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years quality inspection experience
• Master's degree with 2+ years quality inspection experience
• At least 6 years quality inspection experience

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate quality resource deployment and requirements
• Drive problem-solving activities across all lines and products
• Develop, manage and communicate quality information and reports to management
• Coordinate customer feedback and corrective action responses
• Collaborate with TRATON facilities on assembly and machine-related topics
