Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to design methods for inspecting production processes and ensuring finished products meet quality standards. The role includes planning, implementing and managing compliance with ISO and HQ requirements across worldwide manufacturing.

You will analyze reports and data to identify trends, lead root cause analysis, and collaborate with operations to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year QA/engineering experience
• Master's degree with no experience
• 3+ years engineering and QA experience

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis requests from customers and suppliers
• Evaluate non-conforming materials and determine corrective actions
• Attend and represent the organization in production meetings
• Use problem-solving tools to ensure root cause correction
• Audit and inspect products/processes to ensure ISO9001 compliance
• Develop and implement quality procedures to meet ISO9001/HQ requirements
• Analyze data to identify manufacturing process and quality system improvements
• Report KPIs to management in cross-functional meetings
• Collaborate with operations to identify quality improvements
