Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America seeks a salaried Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee quality control on the evening shift and lead a team of team leaders and associates. You will drive TPS-based process standardization, staff planning, training, and continuous improvement to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining KPI boards, coordinating with the Quality department, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with TPS and Production Efficiency (PEFF) system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control operations during the shift and manage team leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with TPS and 5S.
• Train and coach team members and maintain KPI dashboards.
