Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a Manufacturing Team Leader to operate and maintain equipment in a high-volume production environment. The role focuses on achieving safety, quality, efficiency and cost targets while leading a shift of team members to continuously improve processes.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years in manufacturing leadership, and strong English communication. The position requires the ability to work from 6:30 a.m.
