Job summary

Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a Plant QC Leader to oversee quality control operations across assigned U.S. sites. You will manage Team Leaders and Team Members, drive TPS-based improvements, and align with safety, quality, and production targets.

Responsibilities include staffing oversight, coaching, KPI reporting, and collaboration with the Quality department to contain issues and implement corrective actions. Exempt, full-time role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Experience with TPS and PEFF system preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive quality systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team leaders and team members on the production floor.
• Plan staffing, monitor hours, overtime, and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with rules, policies, and safety practices.
• Lead continuous improvement and KPI tracking for safety and quality.
• Coordinate with Quality department for containment and investigation.
• Maintain training matrices and develop team members.
