Job summary
Toyota Boshoku America is seeking a highly experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance department across all production equipment, facilities, and utilities. You will drive reliability, safety, and cost improvements while applying Toyota Production System principles to standardize processes and reduce waste.
You will manage budgeting, headcount, and KPI targets, coordinating with production management to ensure uptime and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering/maintenance or related field.
- >8 years in manufacturing with automotive environment preferred.
- >4 years of functional leadership experience in maintenance.
- Strong TPS and lean manufacturing knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Direct maintenance on production equipment, facilities and utilities to provide a reliable platform.
- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs in coordination with production.
- Lead maintenance team to ensure safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee spare parts control and budget planning for maintenance activities.
- Monitor KPIs, report performance and drive cost reductions.
