Job summary

Toyota Boshoku Mississippi is seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor to oversee quality control operations and staff during the evening shift at our Mantachie, MS plant. You will direct Team Leaders and Team Members while driving safety, quality, and efficiency in a TPS environment.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership, and excellent communication in English. Travel is approximately 10% and the position is salaried.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum two years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with TPS and Production Efficiency (PEFF) is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Team Leaders and Team Members on the designated shift.
• Utilize Toyota Production System (TPS) to standardize processes and reduce waste.
• Develop standardized work procedures and assign work stations.
• Direct floor activities with Toyota Boshoku Business Practices (TBBP).
• Maintain safety, quality, and production targets; coach for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and KPI tracking.
• Train and coach team members; maintain training matrices.
