Job summary

TTM Technologies, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Supervisor to lead their shift, ensuring safe, highquality production on time and at effective costs. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and adherence to quality standards across the team.

You will train staff, plan production work, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements while maintaining strong communication with Operations leadership and ensuring daily goals are met.

Qualifications

• One to three years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote safety, quality & compliance among the team while maintaining good manufacturing practices.
• Enable a culture of Operational Excellence throughout the production line/area cross-functional team
• Ensure effective two way communication within the production line/area cross-functional team
• Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
• Ensure daily production goals are met
• Communicate with Director of Operations and Production Managers to maintain workflow and notify of employee concerns
• Study production schedules and estimate completion of job timelines
• Dispatch personnel and equipment in all situations
• Manage, motivate, develop and involve production associates through coaching and performance management.
• Foster teamwork within the production line/area cross-functional team.
• Embed the company values through demonstration & recognition of individual & team behaviors.
• Effective recruitment, selection, training of new employees.
• Schedules and assigns work within the unit to regulate workflow and meet required schedules.
• Provides technical assistance and supervision throughout the unit.
• Orders necessary supplies to perform jobs within the unit.
• Ensures proper maintenance of unit equipment and tools.
• Performs and/or assists in special projects as assigned.
