Job summary

RJW Transport, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Lead to ensure pallet integrity, identify mispicks, and coordinate with Inventory Control Clerks to rebuild pallets.

The role requires at least 1 year in a QC role, familiarity with WMS (Synapse preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include reviewing orders, addressing quality issues with supervisors, coaching selectors, and maintaining safe work practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in QC role and/or product knowledge required.
• Experience using WMS software a plus (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database.

Responsibilities

• Review orders to determine correct quantities, packing, and general accuracy of selected orders.
• Consult with Supervisor regarding problems identified in the QC process.
• Coach selectors on job quality and efficiency.
• Maintain safe work practices and good attendance.
• Investigate customer complaints with Supervisor.
