Job summary

LeafHome seeks a Quality Control Field Specialist to oversee quality standards across warehouse and field installations. You will own QC programs, inspections, reporting, and corrective actions to ensure installations meet manufacturer specs and safety requirements.

The role partners with Operations, Installation, and Sales leadership to reduce rework and improve outcomes. The position requires 2–4 years of related experience and an Associate’s degree or vocational education, plus travel up to

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or Vocational Education required.
2–4 years of installation and/or quality control experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Must be able to conduct job site inspections, including roofs.
Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain quality control standards across warehouse and field operations.
Oversee field and warehouse inspections; analyze findings and determine corrective actions.
Lead non-conformance management including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
Partner with Installation and Quality leadership to improve material handling and installation quality.
Evaluate installer performance using inspection data and provide retraining guidance.
Develop and support quality-focused training for installers and partners.
Monitor and report on quality metrics, rework rates, and compliance outcomes.
