Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Quality Control Field Specialist to oversee and continuously improve quality standards across warehouse and field installation operations. You will own QC programs, inspection frameworks, reporting, and corrective actions to ensure installations meet company standards, specs, and safety requirements.

You will partner with Operations, Installation, and Sales leadership to reduce rework, improve installer performance, and drive consistent customer outcomes, with up to 50%

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or Vocational Education required.
• Experience in installation and/or quality control preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field and warehouse inspections and analyze findings.
• Lead non-conformance management and corrective action planning.
• Collaborate with Installation and QC leadership to improve processes.
• Monitor quality metrics and report trends to leadership.
