Job summary
LeafHome is seeking a Quality Control Field Specialist to oversee quality across warehouse and field installation operations. You will own quality control programs, inspection frameworks, reporting, and corrective action processes to ensure all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree or vocational training required.
- 2–4 years of installation and/or quality control experience.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to conduct job site inspections (including roofs).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain quality control standards across warehouse and field operations.
- Conduct and oversee inspections; analyze findings and determine corrective actions.
- Lead non-conformance management and root cause analysis.
- Partner with Installation and Quality Control leadership to improve material handling and installation quality.
- Evaluate installer performance and provide feedback and retraining guidance.
- Develop and support quality-focused training initiatives for installers.
- Monitor and report quality metrics and present insights to leadership.
- Ensure procedures align with safety standards and company policies.
