Job summary

CMS Corporation in Kentucky seeks a Quality Control Deputy Director to lead and continually enhance our quality management program across domestic and international construction projects. You will mentor QC Managers, review DFOWs, and ensure contract and policy compliance while driving risk mitigation and data-driven improvement.

As a senior quality leader, you will develop QCPs, audit processes, and KPI dashboards, partnering with PMs and field teams to implement corrective actions and uphold

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years PM experience or 6+ PM + QA exposure.
• Or 6+ years PM with 2+ years QA coordination experience.
• Quality control certs and knowledge of DoD/FAR/DFARS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QCPs aligned to contract requirements and client needs.
• Review DFOWs and contract docs to ensure quality in execution.
• Create and audit Testing Logs and Submittal Registers.
• Conduct onsite and virtual quality audits per USACE methods.
• Prepare audit reports with corrective actions and best practices.
• Coach QC Managers and onboard new hires for 90-day success.
• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to drive quality performance.
• Collaborate with PMs and Superintendents to resolve issues.
• Support CMS Quality Program continuous improvement.
