Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior leader to direct quality across a major program, owning the site quality management system and audit program. You will manage Quality Managers and inspectors, build the QC organization, and be the point of contact for owner audits on complex projects.

With 10+ years in construction quality and senior certifications, you will drive corrective actions, validate QC plans, and report metrics to program leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction quality, with 5+ years managing quality programs and staff.
• USACE CQM-C certification and senior certification required (ICC special inspector, NICET IV, or ASQ CMQ/OE).
• Experience with owner quality programs under ISO 9001, NQA-1, or DOT QA frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Establish the program quality management system: plans, procedures, forms, and audit schedule.
• Direct Quality Managers across projects; set coverage and review performance.
• Lead internal audits and host owner, agency, and third-party audits.
• Own the corrective-action program and approve QC plans, ITPs, and subcontractor qualifications.
• Report quality metrics to program leadership monthly.
