Job summary

The RealReal in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Quality Control Associate (outbound) to inspect, record and update quality attributes for outbound processes. You will complete daily audits on the process, people and area to support accuracy and efficiency.

On-site you will conduct inspections, collaborate with training and Outbound teams, maintain brand standards and help build a culture of learning and total quality management.

• Proven track record auditing and QC metrics.
• Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of functional areas to be audited.
• Works independently and takes initiative.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks and deadlines.
• Proven ability to work quickly and with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with google forms/sheets/pivot tables.

The expected hourly rate for this role is $18-$18. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
