The role involves validating data and underwriter findings, documenting rationales, and maintaining current knowledge of industry regulations.

You will contribute to ongoing quality improvement, training, and professional development while supporting a growing mortgage insurance operation.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months experience in quality control, quality assurance, processing, or related roles in mortgage insurance or financial services.

Responsibilities

• Validate MI guidelines and GSE eligibility for loan files.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data and underwriter findings before final determinations.
• Review loan documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance with agency and MI guidelines.
• Document clear rationales for findings, escalations, and outcomes.
