Job summary

Crissair, Inc. in Santa Clarita, CA seeks a contract review and records control specialist to manage quality clauses and ensure effective flow-down of requirements across production. You will maintain, archive, and retrieve documents to support operations, audits, and customer requests.

The role coordinates with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Accounting, and supports FAA paperwork and MRB processes as needed. Strong data entry, ERP, and document control skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Good command of English reading/writing and ability to interpret documents.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory control, and data entry.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; accurate typing.
• AS9100 knowledge or experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify completeness of Contract/Purchase Orders and print review forms.
• General data entry, filing, scanning, and electronic archiving of documents.
• Prepare documentation for scanning and archiving across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, and Audit.
• Scan, save, retrieve, and distribute documentation for internal or customer requests.
• Enter appropriate data into ERP prior to shipment of hardware as required.
• Coordinate customer quality issues with Sales; manage shipping documents with Sales and Accounting.
