Job summary

Crissair, Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented contract review specialist to manage quality clauses and applicable requirements throughout customer contracts.

You will ensure accurate interpretation and effective flow-down, support source inspections, and maintain documentation for audits and regulatory needs. Responsibilities include archiving records, coordinating with Sales, Accounting, and MRB, and processing documentation for FAA audits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Verify completeness of Contract/Purchase Orders and print contract review forms.
• General data entry, filing, scanning, and archival of documentation.
• Gather and prepare documentation for scanning and archiving for Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Accounting, Audit, and regulatory needs.
• Scan, save, retrieve, and distribute documents as requested by departments or auditors.
• Conduct paperwork audits for completeness and follow up until resolved.
• Review and certify documentation packages for completeness and enter data into ERP prior to shipment of hardware.
