Job summary

Crissair, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead a team on the shop floor, balance daily priorities, and apply Lean principles to maximize throughput in a precision aerospace environment.

You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Operations to drive continuous improvement, ensure schedule adherence, and support MRB actions while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years in an engineering role.
• 5+ years of CNC programming experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience overseeing 4+ personnel.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership for 4–10 manufacturing engineers and programmers; establish accountability.
• Drive Lean process improvements to reduce cycle times and eliminate waste.
• Design for Manufacturability: review new product releases with Engineering for tooling and cost-effective assembly.
