Texas-Family-Care-Network seeks a Director of Quality & Compliance to lead adherence to federal, state, and contractual standards across the provider network and external partners. You will drive policy development, audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring accountability and data-driven decisions.

The role partners with DFPS and stakeholders to strengthen practice, manage risk, and supervise staff, maintaining high standards of integrity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of progressive experience in quality assurance, compliance, performance management, child welfare, behavioral health or related field.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience overseeing a compliance team.
• Experience with Texas child welfare system including DFPS or related agencies preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, business administration, healthcare administration, social work, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Quality & Compliance team to ensure adherence of the provider network to federal, state, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain policies and procedures that support a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular internal audits, risk assessments, and quality assurance reviews to identify and address compliance gaps.
• Monitor progressive interventions and corrective actions of the provider network to ensure identified deficiencies are addressed timely.
• Maintain systems for tracking compliance monitoring, findings, corrective actions, and resolution status.
• Stay informed about changes in regulatory standards, emerging compliance risks, and innovations in quality and compliance best practices.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Receive supervision and provide supervision within the team; manage staffing and program operations.
• Develop team capacity in analytics, systems, and communication; foster collaboration and continuous learning.
• Oversee documentation standards for reporting processes, dashboards, and data pipelines to support auditability.
