Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Two years of compliance or regulatory monitoring experience.
• One year of experience working with the Texas child welfare system (DFPS, Child Placing Agency, etc.).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Network Provider onboarding to ensure documentation and site visits.
• Implements the monitoring schedule and provider assignments for QA Specialists.
• Reviews monitoring activities to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Monitors completion of Quality Improvement Plans and documents action items.
• Provides supervision and collaborates with Intake, Placement, and Case Management teams.
• Develops policies to support a culture of compliance and continuous improvement.
• Maintains relationships with Network Providers to facilitate collaboration.
• Submits Joint Monitoring Reports quarterly and assists with state reporting requirements.
• Implements progressive discipline and stays informed about regulatory changes.
