Job summary

A day in the lifeYou start your morning reviewing overnight quality dashboards and trend charts, prioritizing where to focus for the shift. A quick walk through production leads to a coaching moment on 5 Whys with a line supervisor. Before lunch, you finalize the testing plan for multiple process steps and confirm data collection is tight. In the afternoon, you brief the Plant Manager and the North America I&C Quality Manager on corrective actions for a recent customer return, then host a pre-audit check with UL/ETL/ABS contacts. You close the day aligning your team on ISO 9001 system updates and next steps in the plant’s Continuous Improvement roadmap.The roleReporting to the North America I&C Quality Manager and the Plant Manager, you will lead the site’s Quality Assurance strategy and enable Continuous Improvement so every product shipped meets Prysmian and customer specifications.
