Prysmian is seeking a QA Leader in Rhode Island to ensure every product leaving the plant meets Prysmian and customer specs, sustain ISO 9001 certification, and strengthen relationships with customers and accrediting bodies.

You will design QA programs, guide the QA team, own the QMS, and lead audits while partnering across functions to keep operations effective and on target. The role reports to the North America I&C Quality Manager and Plant Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Design and run Quality Assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Direct all required testing across processes and verify conformance.
• Provide actionable analytics and reporting to support plant decision-making.
• Hire, train, and guide QA associates; ensure adherence to procedures.
• Own the Quality Management System; prepare for and lead external audits.
• Interface with customers and inspection bodies (UL, ETL, ABS, etc.) during visits and audits.
• Investigate field nonconformances and customer returns; implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Partner across functions to keep plant operations effective and on target.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders on quality topics.
