Job summary

Prysmian in Lincoln, RI seeks a Quality Assurance leader to drive the site's QA strategy and enable Continuous Improvement so every product meets Prysmian and customer specifications. You'll be part of the Plant Management Team, helping the facility achieve business goals while maintaining ISO 9001 certification and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• BS in quality, engineering, or related applied science.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and ISO 9001.
• Lead QA and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy QA programs to sustain product quality.
• Champion continuous improvement across plant operations.
• Oversee testing protocols and verification across processes.
• Analyze data reports to inform decisions.
• Recruit, develop, and train QA staff on standard work.
• Own the QMS and lead external audits (UL/ETL/ABS).
• Investigate field issues and implement corrective actions.
• Interface with customers and regulators during visits.
