Job summary

Prysmian Group in McKinney, TX is seeking a senior Quality Manager to lead the aluminum and copper building wire operations for North America. You will manage a quality team, drive ISO 9001 compliance, and partner with customers and cross-functional teams to achieve product excellence.

Reporting to the North American I&C Regional Quality Manager, you’ll develop quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement programs to meet business objectives and customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Mechanical engineering or metallurgy background preferred.
• Ability to understand customer technical needs and communicate clearly.
• Internal nonconformities management experience.
• Strong computer skills across multiple software applications.
• Wire and cable experience a plus.
• Six Sigma or ASQ certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality technicians with coaching and performance management.
• Ensure products meet Prysmian and customer specifications.
• Develop and implement quality control standards and processes.
• Direct implementation and maintenance of the Quality System.
• Lead audits and drive continuous improvement in quality programs.
• Manage quality KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Promote quality culture and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interface with customers and North America HQ for information exchange.
