Prysmian Group Marion plant is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System, drive continuous improvement, and ensure products meet Prysmian and customer specifications.

The role reports to the Regional Quality Manager and Plant Manager and requires hands-on leadership, ISO 9001 maintenance, and collaboration with Operations and other functions to achieve business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of manufacturing quality experience.
• Experience leading quality teams and ISO 9001 audits.
• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma and ASQ certification a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement quality assurance and continuous improvement programs.
• Lead plant continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma.
• Manage testing and analysis of quality and performance data.
• Oversee ISO 9001 certification and audits.
• Investigate field issues and nonconforming product; perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain to improve quality.
• Coach and develop quality team members.
• Communicate with customers and regulators during audits.
