Job summary

• Clear and confident communicator, capable of facilitating both classroom and hands-on, on-the-floor training for individuals or groups.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train new hires to ensure they meet the needs and expectations across all DC departments.
• Lead engaging, introductory training sessions that cover essential DC processes, using consistent materials and methods.
• Design and implement a comprehensive training methodology, ensuring standardized materials and documentation across all teams.
• Identify skill gaps and assess training effectiveness to determine when additional support or development is needed.
• Evaluate the overall impact of training programs and continuously assess development needs for all associates.
• Cross-train associates across multiple departments to enhance team versatility and skillsets.
• Support the standardization of processes throughout the distribution center to ensure consistency and efficiency.
