The role involves performing daily inspections for compliance with quality and safety standards, managing documentation, and coordinating training programs for teams. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in relevant environments, knowledge of OSHA standards, and strong organizational skills. Qualifications

• Experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and toolbox talks.
• Ability to manage QA/QC documentation effectively.
• Capacity to coordinate training programs and maintain certification records.

Responsibilities

• Verify compliance with safety standards and documentation requirements.
• Conduct regular safety walks and inspections.
• Collaborate with teams to improve quality metrics and safety culture.

Skills

5+ years of experience in construction, telecommunications, or data center environments

Working knowledge of OSHA safety standards

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Education

OSHA 30 certification

BICSI Installer I/II or equivalent

Tools

Fluke/Viavi test equipment
