Voyant Beauty seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the QA team, oversee investigations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will coordinate CAPA actions, audits, and SOP updates while maintaining thorough records and reporting KPIs.

The role requires 4–6 years in QA, preferably in personal care or related manufacturing, with a Bachelor’s in a science field or equivalent experience. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, and ISO standards and regulatory expectations.
• Proficiency in QA software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to create and review detailed reports, procedures, and audit documentation.
• Thoroughness in reviewing data and ensuring compliance with standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee QA daily activities; supervise QA staff and coordinate investigations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, GMP, ISO); update SOPs as needed.
• Train and evaluate QA staff; assign tasks and provide feedback.
• Conduct regular audits to verify process compliance and support regulatory inspections.
• Review and maintain records of quality tools, logs, change controls, and QC reports.
• Initiate and track CAPA; share best practices across sites.
• Provide QA training and communicate regulatory changes to the team.
• Maintain timely process tracking and adapt to location-specific duties.
