Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to oversee the QA team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards. You will lead investigations, CAPA, and audits, maintaining records, SOPs, and KPIs while training staff across the site.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in quality assurance in regulated industries, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience and familiarity with QA software such as QT-9.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FDA, GMP, ISO standards.
• Proficient with QA software and MS Office.
• Ability to create and review detailed quality documents and audit records.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily QA team activities and ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead investigations, CAPA, and root-cause analyses during quality issues.
• Maintain records, SOPs, change controls, and KPIs for management.
• Coordinate internal audits and support regulatory inspections.
• Provide training on quality processes and regulatory changes.
