Job summary

CKS Packaging, Inc is seeking a Quality Assurance lead to oversee QA at the plant, ensuring bottles meet customer specifications and quality standards. You will direct inspections, testing and evaluations across production stages and play a key role in training QC Inspectors and Operators.

The role supports implementing the Corporate Quality Program, drives a zero-defect mindset, and collaborates with plant management to align with operational excellence goals.

Qualifications

• BS degree in science, business, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in process manufacturing or QC.
• Experience with GMP and QA methods.
• Lean, Six Sigma familiarity a plus.
• HACCP Certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA at the plant and ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
• Direct inspection, testing, and evaluation of bottles at production stages.
• Assist in training QC Inspectors and Operators on quality standards.
• Support implementation of Corporate Quality Program as directed by QA leadership.
