Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Supervisor, Quality Assurance to lead the QA team on the manufacturing floor and QA Lab. You will support quality and food safety requirements for products produced and shipped from the location.

You will implement continuous improvement, manage CMS program ownership, perform internal audits, and drive data-driven improvements with cross-functional teams. This role requires strong manufacturing and lab expertise.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–3 years of college/technical schooling.
• Biology, Chemistry, Food Science background preferred.
• Manufacturing and QA lab experience required.
• Familiarity with lab equipment and testing in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate QA team on the floor and in the lab.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet quality and safety requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and audits for CMS and certifications.
• Manage data processing, analytics, and trend reporting.
