Job summary

ALACRIANT, INC. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and customer specifications. You will promote quality culture with production staff and drive continuous improvement across inspections, audits, and documentation.

The role collaborates with manufacturing teams to reduce defects and supports the PPAP/FAI processes while operating CMM and other instruments, with a 6am-2:30pm shift, Monday–Friday, overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; quality experience preferred.
• 1-5 years in manufacturing or quality engineering/technician roles.
• Proficient in CAD, Microsoft Office, and SPC-based software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ISO 9001 policies and quality objectives.
• Audit WIP reports and prepare audit documentation.
• Perform internal QMS audits under supervision.
• Operate CMM, Faro Arm, and Virtek quality instruments.
• Support PPAP, ISIR, and FAI layouts.
