Texas Injection Molding LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance lead to define, develop, and deploy QA systems aimed at zero defects on shipped products. You will collaborate with customers and engineering to establish inspection requirements, document control, and maintain Master Control Plans.

You will manage calibration, oversee ECN workflows, and drive NCR/CR actions with root-cause analysis. Expect to lead continuous improvement and ensure ISO compliance across the organization.

Competenze

• 4-year college degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years manufacturing experience including quality management.
• 3+ years defining or leading quality system implementation (ISO9000 or GMP).

Mansioni

• Review new projects with customer and engineering to set inspection requirements.
• Document and maintain Master Control Plans (MCP) with Engineering.
• Manage calibration system and gauges used to measure parts.
• Own ECN process and latest revision documents.
• Complete First Article Reports and maintain FAI and sample inventories.
• Ensure inspection documents are in IQMS.
• Support NCR/CR actions with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics for performance improvement.
• Audit ISO system and maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Train employees in quality department.
