Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead QA staff in the manufacturing facility. You will direct QA activities, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and uphold the company’s standards of conduct throughout the operation.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Production, Shipping, HR, Health & Environmental, and other teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain hygienic conditions, and ensure quality from syrup and water attributes

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year in supervisory roles of people and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a science-related discipline.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong organization, planning and decision-making abilities in ISO environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction for all QA associates
• Maintains corporate and franchise partner standards
• Ensures all Environmental Health & Safety standards are met
• Establishes operational procedures in cooperation with QA Manager and others
• Ensures QA equipment are in good operational working order
• Review and approve testing throughout production
• Analyze syrup beverage, water attributes and sensory program
• Audit packaging quality and conduct quality audits
• Collaborates with other departments to notify and address issues
• Participation in project work and initiatives
