Job summary

Creative Liquid Coatings, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the plant's quality functions and own the QMS. You will drive a zero-defects culture, manage audits, and ensure ongoing ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance across manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will lead Quality Engineers and Technicians, develop training plans, and partner with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues while reducing COPQ and variation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field required; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality leadership and strategic direction for the plant.
• Manage QA staffing, training, performance evaluations, and budgets.
• Ensure ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance and lead internal audits.
• Drive APQP/PPAP, risk assessment, and supplier quality activities.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce COPQ and defects.
• Oversee containment, corrective/preventive actions, and customer complaint resolution.
• Support cross‑functional teams and audits with data‑driven decisions.
• Promote a zero-defects culture and safe, compliant operations.
