Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a QA Inspector to ensure finished products meet quality standards before release. You will execute sampling plans, perform inspections, and validate form, fit, and function requirements, contributing to customer protection.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaboration with operators and shift leads, and the use of ANSI sampling plans and SPC concepts to prevent defects and ensure compliant documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute final inspections using ANSI sampling plans to identify defects.
• Evaluate internal retains and inspection data before release.
• Perform visual inspections and form, fit, and function testing.
• Ensure adherence to specs and processes through operations collaboration.
• Verify line clearances are completed and compliant.
• Analyze quality data and communicate findings across shifts.
