Job summary

Capital Electric Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Representative to ensure 100% accuracy of outgoing work orders and verify product integrity in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

You will document errors, communicate with sales, customers, and warehouse teams, and help prioritize QC to prevent delays. Regular lifting up to 50lbs and a typical 40-hour week with potential after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% accuracy of outgoing work orders.
• Verify product accuracy, integrity, quantity, and appearance.
• Inspect packages and items on pallets, floor, or staging areas.
• Document errors and mistakes using UETs.
• Address errors, provide feedback, and identify trends.
• Work with outbound schedule to prioritize QC and avoid delays.
