Capital Electric Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Representative to ensure our high standards of excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will verify product accuracy, inspect shipments, document discrepancies, and collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to prevent delays.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a warehouse environment and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% accuracy of outgoing work orders.
• Verify product accuracy, integrity, quantity, and appearance.
• Inspect packages and items on pallets, floor, or staging areas.
• Document errors and mistakes using UETs.
• Address errors, provide feedback, and identify trends.
• Work with outbound schedule to prioritize QC and avoid delays.
