Capital Electric Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Representative to ensure accuracy of outgoing work orders and product integrity. You will inspect items, document errors using UETs, and collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to prevent delays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% accuracy of outgoing work orders.
• Verify product accuracy, integrity, quantity, and appearance.
• Inspect packages and items on pallets, floor, or staging areas.
• Document errors and mistakes using UETs.
• Address errors, provide feedback, and identify trends.
• Work with outbound schedule to prioritize QC and avoid delays.
