Job summary

Capital Electric Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Representative to ensure high standards of accuracy for outgoing work orders in a warehouse setting. The role involves verifying product accuracy and inspecting items to prevent delays in shipments.

You will document errors, provide feedback, and work with the outbound schedule to prioritize QC. A strong communicator, you’ll collaborate with sales, customers, and warehouse teams while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with sales, customers, and warehouse teams.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a warehouse setting.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills (email and in-person).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% accuracy of outgoing work orders.
• Verify product accuracy, integrity, quantity, and appearance.
• Inspect packages and items on pallets, floor, or staging areas.
• Document errors and mistakes using UETs.
• Address errors, provide feedback, and identify trends.
• Work with outbound schedule to prioritize QC and avoid delays.
