Job summary

Capital Electric Supply is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Representative to ensure 100% accuracy of outgoing work orders and verify product integrity in a warehouse setting. You will inspect packages, document errors using UETs, and collaborate with the outbound team to prioritize QC to avoid delays.

The role requires effective communication, the ability to work independently or with a team, and comfort with a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50lbs.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% accuracy of outgoing work orders.
• Verify product accuracy, integrity, quantity, and appearance.
• Inspect packages and items on pallets, floor, or staging areas.
• Document errors and mistakes using UETs.
• Address errors, provide feedback, and identify trends.
• Work with outbound schedule to prioritize QC and avoid delays.
