Everise is seeking a Specialist - Quality Assurance to monitor calls, score interactions, and ensure adherence to client quality guidelines. You will audit assigned associates, provide coaching, and help maintain top performance across a range of campaigns.

You will train new hires, participate in calibration sessions with clients, and stay current with project information by updating manuals and memos. Strong communication, reliability, and an eye for detail are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to schedules.
• Flexible schedule and dependable attendance.
