Kenco Logistics is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to lead site QMS development, mentor quality designees, and ensure alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and customer requirements. The role supports start-ups and conducts internal audits while driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in QA, possesses audit credentials, and can mentor operational staff on quality systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• ISO 9001:2015 knowledge or equivalent.
• Lead Auditor Certification preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support site quality designees in developing and improving the QMS.
• Administer internal audit program and train auditors.
• Identify opportunities for QMS improvement and lead projects.
• Assist start-up accounts with QMS implementation and onboarding.
• Perform Kenco O/S assessments and mentor staff on quality initiatives.
